Video duration: 84 seconds This is how it was done in the old days with a big black cauldron full of pine sap/Rosin. Heated to the boiling point then potatos were added to be fried/boiled for about 30 minutes. Pine rosin was a huge industry in South Carolina and was shipped up north to the naval shipyards.
